Pictures from my first hike in Boulder, Colorado!

Sunday, August 28th, 2005

Our first hike in Boulder was a success! Hard work, after a long bike ride and a 900 ft elevation gain on top of the mile I’ve been aclimating myself to in the past week. My skin is super dry, my lips are chapped, and I drink a few 64 oz. bottles of water a […]

1,983 mi (about 1 day 10 hours) or Let’s try not to screw it up.

Monday, August 8th, 2005

It’s 12:14 am, technically the morning of the day I embark upon a cross country drive to Colorado. It doesn’t feel real. The ache in my back from packing, the exhaustion in my body resulting in heavy eyelids, the overwhelmed feeling of having traveled around 900 miles in the past week and knowing I’m about […]

Monday, August 1st, 2005

There was a party on Friday. It was a killer time, for those who showed. Those who did not were truly missed. Many thanks to the boys for hosting. Much love to the kids who brought their best party faces and hung out wicked late to say goodbye. Its going to be nice to look […]
