We were lucky to be referred to the “Essential Bangkok Tour” with Mandy. So on our second day in Bangkok, we saw key highlights in a whirlwind tour of the city. I’m not sure if it’s because they were our first temples in Thailand, but the Emerald Buddha Temple and Royal Grand Palace remain the most spectacular of sites in my mind. The ornate glittering facade just dazzles. And these pictures bring back the jaw-dropping feeling of seeing these stunning places.
