All references to the weird song’s actual meaning aside, I now have two jobs. Also I have arrived in Boulder, if that wasn’t already implied. So you can all breath a sigh of relief. I did not perish on the trip across country, our apartment is not a cardboard box and I will have income by which to prevent starvation.
I will be working at The Rocky Mountain Children’s Theater. I still am employed by Barnes and Noble. Our apartment is spacious and slowly beginning to look lived in. Our neighbors are warm and willing to help us adjust in anyway and I’ve experienced nothing but the same welcome from everyone I’ve interacted with in Boulder.
I haven’t had a chance to explore the gorgeous backdrop to our new home, known as the Rocky Mountains. I intend to do so as soon as I’ve managed to hammer out my niche here, which shouldn’t take long considering I start working tomorrow! I’ve only taken a couple photographs which I will post soon. Internet is not yet available in our home, but starting Friday you should see more of me.
