So the house has moved on to the building stages. Last week I went and tested for our home owners electrical permits and Drew came with me on Friday to get our plumbing test completed. Saturday we put in a full day getting cabinet estimates, buying windows and ordering carpet. Yesterday Tanner and Drew framed out the first new wall! And I destroyed the closet in our bedroom because I found the drywall was covered in mold when I tried to pull off the trim. We also spent 4 hours at Home Depot on Sunday and picked up all the studs, drywall and other construction things that are needed to put up new walls. Here is the house in Phase 2, which I just made up now assuming phase one was demo….
