The people who include me in their wedding days are so ridiculously rad, I don’t have words. I can’t explain how it happens, but it makes me feel very, very lucky. We talked about her simple, private elopement over the phone and via email. We’d never met until I drove up their dirt driveway and saw them waving at me from the front door in a wedding dress. And yet, I cried during their vows. I cried, because they were sharing something so intimate, so emotional, and so very perfect with only myself and their dog as witnesses. It’s truly an honor to be given this trust. Thank you both, you are a joy to have met and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
