Melissa came to me last year needing coverage for a simple reception after she and Matt returned from their elopement in Hawaii. At first I cried a little bit because I wasn’t going to Hawaii with them, but then when I heard the words swing dancers, followed by DIY, BBQ and broach bouquet, I was most definitely stoked. Melissa and Matt are my people. They’re not big on being the center of attention and they wanted a private wedding ceremony, but a public celebration that was totally “them”. And this is totally a party I would have thrown with my friends. If we we had any ability to actually dance.

It was a fantastic night with home brew, BBQ, a rocking dance floor and the best cupcakes I’ve tasted in a looooong time! Congrats Matt & Melissa and thanks for having me!
P.S. Our cats could also be twins. Which means something in a parallel universe of awesome. Right?
